Over a century after Onward House’s founding, we continue to honor our settlement house roots. The new Hank & Kim Marshall Community Resource & Education Center is doubled up as community arts center and service facility, the settlement house remains a space “within which different communities and ideologies could learn from each other and seek common grounds for collective action. Our purpose is an unending effort to make culture and ‘the issues of things’ go together.”

Stay tuned for quarterly Viernes Cultural // Cultural Fridays to learn about different cultures which exist not only in the city but in our very own community, while also providing the space for neighbors to get to know one another.

We are always seeking musicians, painters, caterers, builders, crafters, and other creative folks to exhibit at the Marshall Center! Please use the form to contact us with your proposal!
